My name is Sabrina, and I’m passionate about helping you find your next dream job! Over 10 years ago, I was in your position. During this time, my abilities were underutilized, I wasn’t getting paid what I was worth, and I started looking for new opportunities. The hiring managers were slow in their responses.
There were times that I felt defeated and discouraged with the job search process. Then, I decided to jump which landed me a great position! The position had all the perks that I wanted such as good pay, flexible schedule, telework package, nurturing environment, and the list goes on.
Throughout this journey, I learned that self-talk is everything, consistency is key, and putting yourself in a box limits your opportunities to be great. At times, we allow ourselves to fall into a box due to either settling for what’s comfortable (same daily routine, friends at work, repetitive tasks) or lacking knowledge.
