Hi, I'm Sabrina, Founder of Empower You: Resume Advisory & Coaching Services.
More than 10 years ago, I found myself in a place that may feel familiar to you.
I knew I was capable of more, but my skills were underutilized. I wasn't earning what I believed I was worth, and when I started searching for something new, opportunities didn't come as quickly as I'd hoped.
The job search was frustrating. At times, I felt defeated and discouraged.
But eventually, I made the decision to step outside of what was comfortable and pursue opportunities differently. That leap led me to a position that offered so much of what I'd been looking for...better compensation, flexibility, telework, a supportive environment, and room to grow.
That experience taught me something I still carry with me today:
Sometimes you don't need more experience. You need to recognize the value of the experience you already have and learn how to position it.
